FactionsYour faction will be finalized on game day based on your preferences, your loadout/clothing, your experience level, your friend group, any local airsoft team affiliation that you may have, and our faction size goals:
Federal Republic of Germany
Permanent self-respawn: Sofa ChairProvided insignia: GermanRadio channel: 1 (462.5625 MHz)
Russian Federation
Permanent self-respawn: South BridgeProvided insignia: RussianRadio channel: 2 (462.5875 MHz)
Radio CommunicationIf you have a two-way radio, keep it set on your faction’s radio channel.  You may not monitor or transmit on the other faction's channel.  VOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited.  Please familiarize yourself with your radio and program in its channels before arriving at the field.
Provided InsigniaWe are eager to loan you velcro patches and arm bands if your loadout doesn't match your faction in order to prevent friendly fire:
No TreasonYou must remain loyal to the faction that you are currently on and not betray them, because any form of treason will break this game.
Restricted Spawn-campingYou and your faction are not allowed to stalk, surround, or fire upon the opposing faction's permanent self-respawn location.  Likewise, they're not allowed to camp your permanent self-respawn either.  However, self-respawn flags at forward operating bases are vulnerable to attack as described below.
Forward Operating BaseAfter the operation begins, each faction's commanders may order the establishment of a forward operating base (FOB) at any location of their choice within the area of operations (AO) that is at least 300 feet away from the opposing faction's permanent self-respawn location and at least 150 feet away from all of the conquest control sites.  To do so, they must place a special "FOB RESPAWN" flag that will serve as a second self-respawn pole for everyone in their faction.  However, at any time, the opposing faction may come through and deactivate it by simply taking it down, but it is not allowed to be moved or hidden by the opposing faction.  There is no limit to the number of times a FOB flag may be put up or taken down.  At startex, each faction's FOB flag will be located at its permanent self-respawn location.  After the FOB site is selected and the FOB flag is placed, it may not be relocated, so the faction commanders should choose wisely.
Area of Operations (AO)

ConquestGermany and Russia are expected to capture and hold the largest number of control sites for the longest period of time before the operation ends at 15:00.  There are four control sites located at Bravo Base, Castle, Fort Harris, & Tents and are marked with orange flags on the map.To capture a control site, you must throw your enemy’s flag on the ground and replace it with your own as shown HERE.  There’s no limit to the number of times that the flags may be flipped on a control site, but you’re not allowed to steal or hide the flags. In order to begin accruing minutes for your faction on the control site that you just captured, you must also use the Baofeng radio that is located at the control site to notify Omego of the flip.  Any delay in radioing the flip will delay the accrual of minutes.  Each accrued minute is worth one point for a total of up to 960 points available from conquest.  Each faction’s minute accrual will be started and stopped on Omego’s smart phone.  Everyone with an internet connection may monitor the scoreboard in real time through this URLhttps://board.multitimer.net/view/?q=j82vt183ob
Pilot RecoveryWith numerous recon flights overhead and plenty of anti-air defenses, multiple pilots are expected to be shot down throughout the day.  Each one will start with a mayday call over the public-address system and radio channels.  As he orients himself, the downed pilot will provide details about his location so that the factions may reach him before he bleeds out.  Someone will need to maintain five minutes of physical contact with the pilot to medically stabilize him before he can be exfiltrated.  During this time, he can be gently dragged up to 25 feet in any direction to get him behind more protective cover, but movement beyond that distance will kill him.  At all times, the pilot is invincible like an inanimate game piece and is not affected by BB strikes or attempted knife kills.  At the same time, he is not allowed to shoot at or eliminate anyone else.  After the five-minute stabilization time is completed, a ten-minute countdown will start in which the pilot needs to be escorted to an exfiltration location that will also be announced to everyone and is worth 60 points to the faction that successfully escorts him onto the indestructible exfiltration vehicle.  The pilot will cooperate with anyone from either faction who is willing to help him, so the factions are encouraged to set up ambushes, intercept, and fight over the pilot.  He is only able to move with any live player who stays within five feet of him, and he is very likely to have one of the following medical conditions which will make escorting him more difficult:
  • delirium that calls for him to be reminded where to go
  • fatigue that results in frequent rest breaks
  • severe pain that compels him to occasionally scream
  • tibia/fibula fracture that requires him to lean on someone while walking
Flight Data RecoveryEvery time a pilot is shot down, the flight data recorder will need to be recovered from his aircraft for intelligence purposes.  The pilot is likely to be far away from the recorder due to him ejecting and deploying his parachute while the aircraft glides for a distance before crashing into the groundEach pilot will have a unique call sign that matches the label on his unique flight data recorder, and its location will be announced to everyone shortly after the pilot's location is announced.  If a faction is able to recover the recorder and exfiltrate it simultaneously into the vehicle with the pilot who shares the same call sign, it will earn an extra 60 points for that faction which means the extraction is worth a total of 120 points with the pilot and his recorder exfiltrating together.Flight data recorders may only be exfiltrated with the matching pilot present and may not be exfiltrated alone without him.  However, unexfiltrated recorders are still in play and may be held or stashed by a faction as long as they are kept at least 300 feet away from that faction's permanent self-respawn pole at all times while remaining within the boundary lines of the AO.  Also, they may be hidden and/or booby-trapped, but they may not be tied/locked down to prevent someone from physically running off with them.  During the last five minutes of the game, an announcement will be made to remind both factions to get hands on their extra flight data recorders so that it's clear who's in possession of each at endex.  We do not want anyone fighting over them after the game is over.  Then, each faction will have until 15:10 to bring them to the MAC for 30 points each.
GoalThere are a total of up to 1,680 points available to be earned during this operation.  The faction with the most at endex will be declared the winner!
