In the northern valleys, tensions and heat are rising amid a spike in aid supplies being destroyed and non-governmental organization (NGO) workers being targeted.  Increasing pressure from the international community for human rights has stirred the US Coalition into action.  Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) operatives were deployed to uncover where improvised explosive devices (IEDs) are being manufactured to destroy aid supplies and attack convoys.  After only a few weeks on the ground, a pair of CIA operatives sent photos back of an IED munitions stockpile, a gathering of armed insurgents, and gruesome images of NGO workers' bodies.  It was only hours after the CIA detected that an emergency transponder was activated by their operatives.  Fearing the exposure of the operatives and with new intelligence to share, the CIA contacted United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) to deploy an element to recover their agents, destroy the munitions, and capture the IED cell leader.  Insurgent forces, now aware of an insider. are preparing for the retaliation of the US Coalition.
