The world is a wasteland after the Cuban Missile Crisis blew up into all-out war. The few remaining survivors have formed raiding parties to scavenge for scarce resources. Meanwhile, an extinctionist cult called the Last Light has activated a colossal nuclear bomb that is counting down to detonation. Skive and Retch are rival warlords who seek to either neutralize the bomb or find suitable shelter from its lethal blast which, for anyone outside, will be their last light.

Semi-Auto OnlyFull-automatic and burst-mode firing are prohibited at this event. Only one BB is to be projected with each cycle of the trigger.However, we allow the following exceptions to this rule:
- Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) replicas that are listed HERE
- Guns that weigh at least 10 pounds and are at least 36 inches in length
- Pump/slide-action or lever-action guns that shoot multi-round bursts
- BB shower shells such as Madbull
- Mini launchers such as Zoxna
- Double-barrel guns such as THIS when fired only in semi-auto
ExceptionsBecause they are irradiated themselves, Last Light cultists have the disadvantage of being required to sit for five minutes after getting hit. But, they have the advantage of being able to then respawn themselves alone from any location as long as it's not within line of sight of any known live Skive or Retch raiders and also does not give the cultist a tactical advantage such as respawning within a contested structure.

Radio CommunicationIf you have a two-way radio, keep it set on your faction’s radio channel. You may not monitor or transmit on the other factions' channels. VOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited. Please familiarize yourself with your radio and program in its channels before arriving at the field.
No Spawn-campingYou and your faction are not allowed to stalk, surround, or fire upon the enemy self-respawn locations. Likewise, they're not allowed to camp your self-respawn either.
Trading & LoyaltyYou must remain loyal to your faction and help to accomplish its objectives. However, all factions and individuals are allowed to trade with each other, establish truces, and occasionally collaborate for mutual benefit.
StartexSkive and Retch raiders will start from their respective self-respawn locations. Last Light cultists will start from inside the Irradiated Zone.
Irradiated ZoneThe red area on the map that borders up against the main trail is the Irradiated Zone because it took the heaviest hit during the prior nuclear war and permanently altered its inhabitants. Last Light cultists are free to move in and out of the Irradiated Zone without limitation because they are immune to the physical effects of radiation sickness.However, Skive and Retch raiders may each send in only one squad of up to ten individuals at a time. Skive and Retch must radio Omego to request approval to infiltrate and will be told where they're allowed to enter from one of the five intersecting side-trails that are numbered on the map. In the AO, the Irradiated Zone will be marked along the side of the trail with red trail tape. There will be openings and numbered signs to mark each of the five infil/exfil locations.Infiltrating raiders may stay within the Irradiated Zone for only up to 15 minutes before they die from the intense radiation and must leave the Irradiate Zone to be respawned outside of the Zone by either the respawn-tree method or at their self-respawn pole. While inside the Irradiated Zone and still within those first 15 minutes after they infiltrated, raiders may be respawned by the sitting method or the tree method if the respawn tree they select is also within the Zone. Whenever raiders wish to exfiltrate the Zone as live players, they must again radio Omego to find out where to go. The infiltration and exfiltration locations will be randomly selected by Omego's Tiny Decisions app.Each individual raider who successfully exfiltrates or fails to do so within the 15-minute time limit may not reenter the Irradiated Zone for at least another 15 minutes which serves as their decontamination/cooldown period. However, a different squad of up to ten other individuals from the same faction may request to infiltrate immediately if they wish to, thereby, maintaining a continually active presence on mission within the Zone.
Raider ObjectivesSkive and Retch are competing against each other and want their own faction to dominate, but they share the same list of objectives:
- Search for and take possession of the water barrel, the battery barrel, and all of the containers of carbohydrates and potassium iodate.
- Equip and occupy the fallout shelter exclusively with your own faction especially if unable to keep the bomb disarmed at endex.
- Disarm the bomb and prevent the Last Light from rearming it before endex especially if unable to equip and occupy the fallout shelter.
Last Light Objectives
- Search for and take possession of the water barrel, the battery barrel, and all of the containers of carbohydrates and potassium iodate to leverage for advantage over the raiders.
- Prevent the raiders from seizing and disarming your bomb.
- Prevent the raiders from equiping and occupying the fallout shelter especially if they have seized and disarmed your bomb.
Fallout ShelterThe Admin building at the Prison is the only fallout shelter in the AO that has the potential to protect its inhabitants from the detonation of the Last Light's ultra-powerful nuclear bomb. To make the shelter functional for survival, the raider faction that occupies it must have two large unique items (blue water barrel and white battery barrel) inside at endex if the bomb detonates. Also, each individual raider must have at least one container of carbohydrates and one container of potassium iodate on their person before being allowed into the shelter and to survive the nuclear winter. All of these valuable assets will be spread around the AO prior to startex with several located inside the Irradiated Zone. Skive and Retch risk future wars if raiders from both of their factions are allowed to survive in the shelter simultaneously; therefore, it's in their best interest to keep their opponents out!
LootingDuring your three-minute sit time after getting hit, you must give away your containers of carbohydrates and potassium to the first enemy player who gets close enough to take them even if it wasn’t the shooter. You must remain seated for the full three minutes regardless of when the items were looted from you. If no enemy gets to you within those first three minutes, you do not need to give up your items even if you've decided to wait longer for a friendly player to respawn you in place.Also, we don't want to lose any of our small game props around the field. Therefore, you are not allowed to stash these items in hiding places even if you think you are about to get overrun by an enemy who will take them from you. Once these items are picked up, they must be transferred from person to person for the rest of the day, so don't pick up more than you can carry.The water barrel, battery barrel, and nuclear bomb are larger than a basketball; therefore, you must drop them in place when you are hit.
Nuclear BombAt startex, the nuclear bomb will already be armed and counting down to detonation. Technically, there is no real countdown because all that matters is whether it is armed or disarmed at endex which determines whether it will detonate at that specific time—15:00. For the Skive and Retch raiders to disarm the bomb and halt the countdown, they must use the attached Baofeng radio to announce that it has been disarmed. For the Last Light cultists to rearm the bomb prior to endex, they must also use the attached radio. Everyone who disarms/rearms the bomb should repeat their announcement if they don't hear a response from Omego within a few seconds. Just before startex, the Last Light will carry the bomb to hide it at a location of their choice deep within the Irradiated Zone. After startex, any live player may move the bomb anywhere within the AO as long as it remains at least 300 feet away from both raiders' self-respawns. The raiders must follow the exfiltration rules in order to take it out of the Irradiated Zone.
