Special Hit & Respawn RulesWhen you get hit, call it, put on your red rag, sit, and start your timer.  After 3 minutes, you may sit and wait as long as you like for a live friend to come and respawn you back into the game by taking off your red rag and placing it in your hand.  Or, if it is taking too long for someone to get to you, you may stand and move to respawn yourself at your faction’s mobile respawn or it's stationary respawn (listed below).  But, once you choose to stand & move, you may not be respawned in place by a friend.  Respawn trees may not be used during this game.  During the time that you are sitting after getting hit, you may be “dragged” by a friend.
FactionsYour faction will be finalized on game day based on your preferences, your loadout/clothing, and our faction size goals:
Herders
Mobile respawn: FarmerStationary respawn: Fort HarrisStronghold: Pallet BaseFaction leader: FarmerInsignia color: blueRadio channel: 1 (462.5625 MHz)
Herders can self-respawn at Fort Harris or with the Farmer, as long as he is not retreated.
The Herders were pushed aside in the revolt.  They rallied behind their spokesperson, the Farmer, and stand as the arm of retribution bent on destroying the Futures, the Revolter, and defending their land from an uncertain future.
The Herders' mission is to stop the Futures from collecting the rewards that will allow the Revolter a swift victory.  Apprehending the Community Leaders who have betrayed the Latgalian way and bring them to justice at the Farmer's feet.  To assure an escort of the Farmer to face off against the Revolter and end this once and for all!
Futures
Mobile respawn: RevolterStationary respawn: South BridgeStronghold: PrisonFaction leader: RevolterInsignia color: goldRadio channel: 2 (462.5875 MHz)
Futures can self-respawn at South Bridge or with the Revolter as long as he is not retreated.
The Futures will push from the port at South Bridge with their supportive Community Leaders (Banker, Scientist, & Artist) to take bases along the road until hanging the heads of the leadership off the walls of Fort Harris.
The Futures' mission is to support the Revolter along his predetermined path to Fort Harris.  Along the way, he will stop to survey the area, rest, and talk to those who will listen.  The Community Leaders who support him will have tasks to complete in the surrounding areas with rewards that will assure a victory in the one-on-one battle with the Farmer when they meet.
Radio CommunicationIf you have a two-way radio, keep it set on your faction’s radio channel.  You may monitor the other factions' channels, but do not transmit on themVOX mode, hot mic-ing, and channel jamming are all prohibited.  Please familiarize yourself with your radio and program in its channels before arriving at the field.
LayoutBoth factions will have a mandatory safety briefing in the staging area next to the Sugar House.  Then, they will report to the Tents for the game briefing and, then, to their starting positions with Herders going to Fort Harris and Futures going to South Bridge.  Startex will be announced by radio and over the field's public-address speakers.  Lateral motion between Fort Harris and South Bridge is prohibited with the Prison being the first possible contact place.  Therefore, to get to South Bridge from Fort Harris, you will need to pass through Prison.  And, to get to Fort Harris from South Bridge, you will need to go up the trail and through Prison.
Community LeadersThree Community Leaders (Banker, Scientist, & Artist) have sided with the Revolter and are supporting the cause.  Along the path, they know of items that only they can move that will support the Revolter in his cause, and they will need support in collecting these items.  The Revolter will assign groups to support the Leaders into the land to collect these items.  However, the Herders will be on the lookout to stop these incursions.  If a Leader is hit, they must pull their red rag and stay in place until revived by a live player.  If the player who revives them is with the Futures, they can continue the mission.  If it is a Herder, they must stay in place for 15 minutes while trying to beg, bribe, and/or convince the Herders to let them go.  After they are held for 15 minutes, they may be escorted to the Farmer for execution, err, justice!  This process will occur or start over each time the Leader is hit into bleed-out.  The items are only to be moved by the Leaders.  In the event that the Leader is brought to justice or is unable to bring the item to the Revolter, the item is lost to nature.  Executed Leaders are to reenter the game as normal combatants in a manner that balances the factions.
Faction LeadersThe Farmer and the Revolter each act as a mobile self-respawn pole for his faction, and he is to guide his faction through the game.  These faction leaders may not be taken, and attempts to do so would be folly.  They will move as they wish along the predetermined path and will stop for speeches and to command their minions.  They are on a collision course.  At an unset time, the two will meet, command a hold fire, and combat each other one on one.  The loser will fall back to his army in retreat and the victor's forces will charge forward to fight in taking the additional victory of their opponents' stronghold.  At this point in time, the losing leader will no longer be a respawn source. If the Farmer wins the duel, the Herders will push to plant their respawn pole at the Prison. If the Revolter wins the duel, the Futures will push to plant their respawn pole at Pallet Base. Then, the faction leader will reenter the game as a regular combatant.
GoalThe game will end when 15:00 is reached or earlier if a respawn pole is planted at either the Prison or Pallet Base.  Victory will be in the hands of whichever faction's leader still stands.  However, taking over the enemy stronghold will assure that victory is established for generations!
